Wind Turbine Planning Application Already In
Click the image on the left for a comparison between the height of the proposed wind turbines and the height of the existing repeater station on Maer Hills.
The repeater station is less than thirty metres high while each of the four turbines will have a height of 125 metres. This equates approximately to a forty storey building.
Why is the planning application for wind turbines the first to be submitted? Is it because wind turbines are a way of getting a development foothold on Maer Hills? Is it for an annual premium of almost £1 million levied from your electricity bills?
Will planning permission for a holiday village be much harder to stop once all this devastation has taken place?
